One of the most important factors for many delegates who attend our events is the opportunity to investigate potential future service providers. Our unique appointment system ensures that your time is extremely well spent:
  • We arrange 1-1 sessions with the people that you want to meet and who have asked to meet you.
  • Delegates will spend approximately 40% of their time in supplier meetings. The rest of their time at the event will be spent attending conference sessions and networkng with peers.

  • What is included in the supplier package?

    Before the event
    • Access to delegate profiles (including spending intentions and upcoming project details)
    • Create your own supplier profile to encourage delegates to meet with you
    • Inclusion in Richmatch appointment system
    • Provisional itinerary of meetings 7 days prior to event
    • Inclusion in marketing activity to delegates throughout the year

    At the event

    • Final itinerary of meetings and profiles of each of the people you are meeting
    • Up to 24 (May) / 14 (November) meetings - made up of either 1-2-1 meetings in your lounge or over a hosted meal table
    • Your own designated meeting area in lounge and table to host for meals
    • Full use of venue's facilities

    After the event
    • Inclusion in online supplier directory
    • Meetings feedback research data
